Your phone, answered. Even when you can't.
We run a 24/7 front desk for mountain trades. It picks up in about a second, asks the questions you'd ask, and puts the caller's name, number, and job in your hand — before they can dial the next name on the list. A computer answers, and it never pretends otherwise.
$500 setup · $149 a month + $5 number 300 minutes of calls included. The whole price is printed on this page.
One call, start to finish.
Seven exchanges, four fields, one minute. This is a practice call we placed to our own line, with the business name masked — scroll and watch it get written. Everything the desk does on a call, it does here, in front of you.

A practice call, placed by us, not a customer. We mask the business name, the caller's name and the digits on this page; in your own portal you see everything in full.
11:12 PM. Nobody is in the shop, and the phone is ringing. It picks up in about a second, in your business's name. It won't quote a price. It never has, and it never will. Name, number, town, the job — the four lines you need. Owner notified 11:13 PM. One minute, start to finish.
A missed call isn't a missed call.
It's a job that went to whoever picked up.
Built and run by Owen Kremer in Murphy, North Carolina. The system on this page is installed and running today on the line at our family's paving company in Murphy, where we put it through its practice calls before it answered for anyone else. No stock reviews, no invented stats — every number on this page is true, and the demo is a live call with Owen, not a video.
Answers in about a second, around the clock. Every call transcribed, logged and reviewed. The whole price is printed on this page. Nothing to find out about later.
No long contractsMonth to month. Cancel whenever it stops being worth it — we'd rather lose the month than argue about it.
What happens when your phone rings
You're on a roof, under a truck, or elbow-deep in a crawlspace when it rings. That's the call you can't take — and the one somebody else answers.
Your phone rings first
Nothing changes about your number. You're the first to pick up — the desk only steps in when you can't.
The desk picks up
On a job, after hours, hands full — it answers in about a second. And it talks like a person who knows your trade.
It asks your questions
Name, number, town, what's wrong, how urgent. It never quotes a price and never pretends to be human.
You get the ticket
The lead is in your hand seconds after the call. Anything urgent is flagged and pushed to you first.
Sample alert — the format is exactly what lands in your hand.
It lands in your pocket
before they hang up
No app to check, no dashboard to remember. The desk answers, asks your questions, and the lead is in your hand seconds after the call — name, number, town, and the job. Everything it captures also stacks up in a portal you can open any time.
A real portal — this one's a preview install running on sample data, so no customer's details are on display.
Some of our work
Four working front desks, one per trade, each answering as a sample business — click in and talk to it the way a customer would, then watch the lead card fill itself in. This is the page we build for a business before any decision, contract, or dollar; yours carries your name, your trade, and your towns. It's the same walkthrough we'd give you across a kitchen table.
Two more you don't have to leave this page for: work the desk yourself in the browser, and the client portal where every call, lead, booking and report lands. Runs on Twilio for the phone line and Cloudflare for hosting — nothing you have to install or learn.
The price, printed
Most national outfits selling this make you book a sales call to hear a number. Here's ours, on the page, in writing — the same card we'd hand you across a kitchen table.
Minutes only count when the desk is actually talking to a caller. Most one-crew businesses never touch the 300.
Month to month, cancel any time. Growth and Get Found add-ons are quoted per business — after the demo, in writing, on a card like this one.
Everything on the ticket
Fifteen pieces, one system — installed and managed for you.
No nickel-and-diming per feature, no setup you have to do yourself.
Don't take our word for it — work the desk yourself
Pick a trade, then talk to it like a customer would — try "my AC is out" or "I need my driveway done." Watch the ticket fill itself in.
The same desk that answers the phone. No signup, no credit card — nothing you type is saved.
Start the conversation and this fills itself in — the same four lines that reach your phone before the caller hangs up.
The exact record we hand your software
We ran it on our own family's business first
Before this was for sale, we installed the whole system on a working paving company in Murphy — our dad's outfit — and put it through practice calls, the awkward ones included. Real mistakes found and fixed, in the log below. It earned the right to answer someone else's phone by answering ours.
Owen walks you through a live call on our own line and shows you exactly what it captures. Ten minutes, no slide deck.
A working install, not a mockup
Live on our family's business line in Murphy today, tested with practice calls — the awkward ones included.
Every call reviewed
Transcribed and quality-checked. The misses go in the log below and get fixed.
Hard rules it can't break
Never quotes a price. Never claims to be human. Anything urgent is flagged to the owner first.
If it ever breaks, your phone still rings
If ours goes down, calls fall straight through to your own phone, exactly as they rang before us. We built that failover before we built the sales page.
Asked for a callback number, a caller gave “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8” — and the desk still closed with “the owner will call you soon.” A promise with no real number behind it.
FIXED · JUL 19Now a rule it can't break: no callback promise until it holds a full 10-digit number. A regression test keeps it fixed — and every new install inherits the rule.
“Every call reviewed” should cost us something to say. This is what it costs.
Reserved: our first client review
When a paying client has something to say about us, their words go here — with a real name and town on them. Until then this frame stays empty. No stock faces, no invented quotes.
Straight answers
The five things owners actually ask us — answered here the same way we answer them in person.
I don't want a robot talking to my customers
Neither do we — that's why it's allowed to do so little. It handles intake only: name, number, town, what's wrong, how urgent. It never quotes a price, never promises a date, and never claims to be human. Everything a customer should hear from you still comes from you.
And nothing changes about your number — you're still first to pick up; the desk only steps in when you can't. Work it yourself in the demo — if it says one thing you wouldn't, tell us.
What does it actually cost?
It's printed on this page: $500 one-time setup, then $149 a month with 300 minutes of calls included. Your dedicated number is $5 a month, and talk past 300 minutes is 30¢ a minute. That's the whole list — the rate card is up there in writing.
No long contract. Month to month — cancel any time.
Voicemail already catches my missed calls
Voicemail asks the caller to do the work: wait for the beep, describe the job to a machine, and hope. A caller with a burst pipe doesn't hope — they hang up and dial the next name. The desk answers in about a second, asks your questions, and the lead is in your hand seconds after the call.
If what you have today is genuinely getting names and numbers back to you, keep it — we'd tell you the same thing to your face.
What if it breaks — or says something it shouldn't?
It runs on hard rules it can't break: never quote a price, never claim to be human, and anything urgent is flagged and pushed to you first. Every call is transcribed and reviewed — when it fumbles one, the miss goes in the log and gets fixed.
If ours ever goes down, calls fall straight through to your own phone, exactly as they did before us. That failover existed before this website did.
How do I know it's actually working?
This isn't ads or SEO, where you pay for six months and squint at a report. From the first week, every answered call sits in your portal with a name, a number, and what the job was.
Then the Recovered Revenue Report lands every week: calls caught, estimates booked, and the jobs you've marked won, at the value you report — next to what you pay us. That's owner-reported job value, not payments collected, and not a claim that the job would have been lost without us. You're not reading a marketing report; you're counting phone numbers. The day the math stops working, cancel.
We'll build yours before you pay a dime
Tell us your trade and your town. You'll get a working demo of your own front desk — answering as your business — before any decision, any contract, any dollar. The demo costs you nothing. The calls you're missing already do. We're local: Murphy, Hayesville, Blairsville, and the mountains around them.
